    Summary: Miller Welding & Machine Co. (MWM) is looking to fill the position of Plant Utility Operator.

    Function:

  • Project Manager

    Summary: Miller Welding & Machine Co. (MWM) is looking to fill the position of Project Manager.

    Function:

    • The Project Manager will act as the point of contact on assigned projects and perform a variety of highly-skilled duties, such as assembling, coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary technical review teams. This position will also be responsible for facilitating and troubleshooting the myriad of problems associated with the development of quotes for new products and revisions of existing product lines. The Project Manager will also coordinate the manufacturing process and scheduling and bill of material development and documentation while coordinating with multiple departments. This manager will provide highly-skilled technical and management advice and assistance to manufacturing personnel and will be the point of contact concerning any inquiries about projects. Additional duties will include, but are not be limited to, the following activities: 
      • Chairs various project reviews and pre-submittal meetings
      • Liaises with boards, committees and commissions as required
      • Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures
      • Performs project design for quotes and the manufacturing process.
    Job Requirements:
    • Education: High school graduation, or its equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field; or graduation from an accredited university with a degree in engineering or related field and two years of progressively responsible engineering experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, ERP software and CAD/CAM software.

    Summary: Miller Welding & Machine Co. (MWM) is looking to fill the position of Account Representative.

    Function: Serve as the main liaison between MWM and its customers. This position requires the complete handling of all communications for assigned customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining a profitable gross margin for assigned accounts. 

    Job Requirements:

    • Education: B.S. in Business/Marketing or equivalent
    • Experience: 3-5 years minimum experience in manufacturing or technical sales
