Training	One-third of our new employee orientation period is spent reviewing our quality standards and procedures.
Wisdom	Our internally developed quality system is headed by a manager with 25 years of experience.
Equipment	Having the newest gauges and calibrations ensures accuracy. We consider an investment in our equipment to be an investment in the final product.
Repeatability	A lower percentage of rejected parts translates to a lower price and a seamless operation for our customers.

Customer communication	We work closely with our customers so we can schedule our internal lines based on our customers ship dates.
Logistic expertise	We excel at managing the intricate details necessary to meet tight deadlines. For example, one of our customers needs hourly deliveries inside of a five to six hour window. This requires 15 trucks leaving our plant per day, each making deliveries to multiple facilities.
Manufacturing software package	In order to keep our team working as efficiently as possible, we track the status of every project electronically using our ERP software system developed by Global Shop Solutions. This tool lets us instantly communicate changes.
