Sometimes Hanco notifies Miller Welding and Machine two months in advance for a scheduled outage. Then there are times they ask MWM to show up at a steel mill in just two hours.

Without having a crew that’s willing to put in extra hours as needed, it’s doubtful that Miller Welding and Machine would still have a strong relationship with Hanco. MWM also cross trains its employees so they can quickly move to different machines in the shop as necessary. At times, the shop runs 24/7 to refurbish Hanco’s parts.

It’s this ‘can do’ attitude that has enabled MWM to assemble parts for Hanco and deliver them directly to the steel mills Hanco services throughout the country.
