The powder coating services and equipment we offer enable our customers to receive powder coated parts without immense added cost or logistics. Having both manual powder coating and a sizable automated powder coating line allows large numbers of components of varied size and volume to be processed simultaneously. The manual powder coating booths at MWM can facilitate parts of virtually any weight with dimensions up to 10’3” W x 13’10” H x 40’ L. Our automated powder coat line includes a blast room, 3-stage wash, powder room, and oven, and can handle parts up to 5000 lbs 60”W x 72” H x 144” L.
