Intense Training Increases Job Satisfaction

Introductory Training Program The first 60 days of employment includes a combination of classroom and hands-on training. At the end of this period, employees are 95% competent in the skills and competencies needed for their position.
Cross-Training By the end of their first year of employment, approximately 90% of our shop floor personnel are crossed-trained in more than one section of their production area. This enhances the skill levels of our employees and increase the knowledge base of our workforce.
24/7 Online Training We partner with Tooling University for online education that's self-paced, interactive and available any time of the day or night. Over 185 classes at a variety of skill levels are offered.
