Our safety processes keep our employees safe, preventing unplanned downtime and un available resources. Safety is, and always will be our primary focus. Proper communication with our customers ensures the most and current forecast information is exchanged, ensuring accurate scheduling for the manufacturing and delivery of parts. All of our new employees spend over 1/3rd of their orientation familiarizing themselves with our quality standards and procedures. Having an in depth knowledge of the quality control plans in place from the go, dramatically impacts our repeatability and, our customer's price.
